You are missing the cord, which is essentially a cord rated for heater duty, with a molded plug on the end that matches the connector in your heater. I don't know where you'd find on in the warm South, but they are pretty easy to come by up here in North Dakota! Common prices are $5.00 to $15.00 for a new cord, and $20.00 to $50.00 for a whole new heater. sometimes it's better to just get a whole new heater. At least make sure the prongs are clean and shiny before plugging in the new cord, and verify the fit of the cord before plugging it in, as there can be some variation between brands. One of the more common brands is Zerostart, and I have a catalog from them... I'll check out a heater for a 460 later today, and post back with a price. If you want a cord, and can't find one locally, shoot me an email... I'd be glad to help you out!
