Another What's it worth question.

1958 International 240 with 3 point Fast Hitch. Hasn't been run in a couple of years, engine free, exhaust manifold broken out at muffler fitting. Can't change gears without shutting engine off, bad shift lever boot. Tires 60%, sheet metal good, missing side panels. Two levers on right side of hood near steering wheel. (Tel-a-Depth?) Has decent 5' blade on rear, so I offered $550: offer accepted. Then I was told the blade was not for sale. Is it still priced right less blade?
Any advice welcome.
