I just put a conversion on my 340. I choose the one that has your top link built right in. The other setup is the arms that attach to the implement and then you have to slide them into your fast hitch. It is awkward as can be. The one piece unit can be attached to the tractor and then it hooks to the implements with latches on the bottom two links and a pin on top. It is the easiest 3 point set up. I know where ther is one for sale in MI probably $100 or so. Email me if you want the place that has one
