Not sure if it is fluted feed or not. It has a disc that is kind like a cup that turns and puts the seed out. I have a Seeding Rate chart in the left hand side of the seed hopper but it is so rusted that I can't read it. I was wondering if anyone had a good one that could be copied or something.
