The CEO's pay and bonus do not depend on the employees. His job is not to protect the workers, but to increase the profitability and worth of the company. Replacing American workers, with their wage and benefit packages, with foreign labor does increase the profits and value to the shareholders and investors. Since he has done what he was hired to do, then in a sick way, he has earned the big bucks.
