Are you sure it's not the resevoir under the tank? Not much to the pump. I suppose the gears could be worn. If you have a parts book, and your dealer has a computer, he can tell you what parts are available. I am positive he can get parts for the pump (perhaps not gears) and a rebuild kit for the reservoir.
