Depending on the loader type, you may be able to have a good welder make up a different bucket which will mount on what you have. When I was a kid, my dad had a Carter loader on an H which had removable forks, and converted to a dirt scoop. A friend of mine had a loader on a big tractor and tore up the bucket. He found a place that fabricated a new bucket for him at a fraction of the cost of one from the loader manufacturer. Without a 3pt hitch, you may have difficulty finding a workable blade arrangement for the back of the tractor. I've had reasonable success moving dirt, and very good success with snow, by using a blade that mounts on the loader of my M. I removed the bucket, positioned the blade in front of the loader arms where I wanted it to be, and started fabricating parts to fill the gap. Took some channel iron and angle iron and several welding rods, but it works.
