Steve: The Super A1 tractors with the C-123 engine from factory were between serial number 356001 and 357958. Your tractor could well have a C-123 as someone may have changed it over. There are two ways; either someone changed entire engine or someone has changed it during rebuild. All late model Super A's from early 53 on had the C-123 block with sleeves thicker to make it a C-113. That would have been an easy change at rebuild time plus the water pump is easily added.
