Not sure what you mean by extremely weak. For example we had some work done on a CC Case and they needed quite a bit of work to get the seats to clean-up grind. The closed pressure was about 1/2 of what it should have been. It wouldn't even idle. It would backfire and shoot flames out the carb and exhaust both. We slipped .125 shims under each spring and it runs and starts excellent with good power on the plow again.
