I will only comment on a few points of your chapter of questions,. This is a good place to ask---The rope goes to your clutch of the plow. This is probably a lever type iron sticking up from the left front wheel. By pulling this 1 time it will trip the plow--thus the plow will dig into the ground--stay clear from in front of this left wheel as it will come forward real fast as the plow drops. To lift the plow out of the ground the tractor will have to be in a forward motion and by pulling the rope again it should lift the plow out of the ground. The left front wheel of all pull type trip plows probably should have radical tread as the tire will skid on the ground (only when lifting). A word of caution--when you hook the rope to the seat of the tractor it can not catch on anything or if you turn it could trip the plow. Also the rope -------SHOULD-- GO INTO A SMALL LOOP OF VERY SMALL WIRE WHEN ATTACHING TO THE TACTOR. Your plow will unhook from the tractor by some sort of spring loaded hitch on the plow if you hook a buried rock or stump etc. If the rope is tied to your tractor seat without the small wire it would be no different than tying your tractor seat to a tree and driving forward--your seat will be re arranged --that is your seat as well as the tractor seat. This information pertains to most pull type trip plows. Sorry I know little about the model and paint on your plows Dave NE Iowa
