Ryan, I don't have serial numbers for the B-275 but it was imported to the USA in 59, 60, and 61. IHC never offered power steering on the B-275 or the B-414 which followed it. They were followed by the I-424 which was basicly the same tractor but it was available with power steering. It had hydrostatic power steering on the power steer models and the type steering gear of the B-275-414 on the non power steering models so it would not be an easy add on even if you could find a salvage 424 or later power steering. One of the current Mahindra models has the old type manual steering and the other three models imported have the hydrostatic power steering that first became available on the 424. If you bought new parts it would be cost prohibitive as you would have to change everything related to steering, definitely not a add on job. Harold H
