Hard to tell for sure, but it looks to me like a Super C with the wrong or an altered grill (looks like it's cut off at the bottom), and a plate on the left side of the engine, running from the torque tube to the steering box for some reason. The serial number plate should be on the right hand side of the tool box below the seat, if it's still there. If it doesn't run, I wouldn't go much more than scrap price for it, too many expensive things could be wrong. Around here that's a $250 - $500 tractor at the very most. And I'd look real hard at that plate and see why it is there. If the block is broken, it's just a parts tractor and the price would go down accordingly. At least that's my opinion, others may see it differently.
