I used my floor jack and a 12 x12 block on top of it. My wife ran the floor jack but the thing weighs about 100 lbs and trys to tip over but the last one I installed I did 4 weeks after back surgury so I am sure you will be alright. Just tie a rope on it just in case it happens to get away from you .Wish I was there to help.
