Look the tractor over. Here are a few things I awayas consider:
Is it a narrow tread?
Are the tires and rims good?
(are they cuts (worthless) or nice originals)
Is the motor loose?
Is the manifold good?
Does it have the correct mag, carb, controls, etc.?
Is the sheetmatal straight and in good condition? If you answered YES to all or most of these questions its probably worth it. As always it is all in what you want.
