David, before you tear it back apart, I'd let it run for a while longer. When I put the head back on my 560, torqued it down, filled with water and came out the next morning it was seeping in 3 spots. 1 of the spots had actually ran down the block it was that bad. After I added another 5 ft/lbs. I ran it for 30 minutes or so and 2 of the 3 stopped. After running it again for another amount of time (don't remember how long), the other one stopped. I was very close to taking it all back off but letting it run for a while sealed it up. You might be surprised. Goodluck!
