Thanks for the response from Wood. Got a chance last night to try out the TA on the 460. Maybe I did get lucky and it only needs an adjustment. When I pull the lever all the way back it does downshift. When the lever travels back that extra inch into the locked position the tractor goes into the higher gear. I'm now hoping that all I'll have to do is the clutch and TA adjustment procedure. As for the hydraulic level hole or sight glass, I'll be darned if I can find one on my tractor. I wound adding the fluid from the top after taking the entire cover plate off. I only put in the 10 gallons called for in the manual. But then again, that same manual made reference to a lot of call outs I don't seem to have. Thanks fo the help.--Harry Heuer, Rochester NY. hheuer@kodak.com
