hey guys you helped me in the past, I don't know who else can help me. my grandson brought a NEO scotter with his own money it wont run right he knows his grandpaw can fix anything!help!HERES THE QUESTION IT WILL START AND IDLE CANOT INCREASE THE SPEED , TRIED THE IDLE SCREW LITTLE OUT IT WILL DIE, LITTLE IN WILL DIE, SAME WITH THE HIGH SPEED SCREW. ITS A 2 CYCLE NO NAME OR NUMBERS ON IT. I know this is not the site for this , but I don" know where elce to ask thanks grandpaw.
