IH 3414 Hydraulic Fuid Leaks

I have a 3414 Industrial with loader and 3 point hitch. The thing leaks hydraulic fluid from the tank seals, what I assume are the transmission seals and just about everywhere. I use about a gallon of fluid to top it off every time I use it - for about 4 hours. Since the dealer looks at me and says, hmmm I dont show any parts - can the seals be made from sheets of automotive seal material? It runs well - carb needs a rebuild and smokes a quart of oil too. Wondering if it is worth putting much money into.
