The parts book doesn't really specify that. It just shows the underslung exhaust parts and says "for tractors with underslung exhaust". Says the same for the hood. Every 240 Utility I've ever seen has had underslung exhaust, but that isn't saying that you couldn't get them with the muffler out the hood.
