Hugh is right on the points if my 140 sits too long it wont start either when it was in the body shop i had to clean the points to get it loaded on the trailer to bring home the problem is where the distributor sits and the angle it is on Trick : go to NAPA they have some electrical sealer in a spray can after you get it started again get some of this and spray the distrubutor and the coil the wires too it will seal out all moisture.
