Danny, My serial numbers show the 140 was actually built from 1958 - 1979 with very few minor changes along the way. It never had a live pto or a factory three point hitch. Nebraska test 666 yielded 21.25 db hp and 23.02 belt hp, corrected to seal level maximum hp is 22.18 db and 24.27 belt. Harold H
