Disconnect the hydraulic hoses from the cylinders, not all of them, just one per cylinder. This should allow you to elevate the loader and booms, etc, with a jack or something similar. I think a better Idea might be to bring in another tractor, and plug the hydraulics into it, that way everything should stay in the up position when you disconnect.
$27.50 per hour plus $2.00 a mile sounds kind of like highway robbery to me.
