Super c Side mower ?

I looked at a Super C this evening that is for sale near me and it has a side mower.
Mower looks to be complete and has newer guards as indicated by blue paint still on them in many places, so I am assuming the mower has been kept up.
The guy that is selling it said that the guy he got it from mowed with in all the time until last year.
My questions are: what is a mower like this worth when deciding a price for the whole tractor?...and am I right in assuming that most parts are still available to keep the mower going? Thanks for your help !
