Alot of F-20's were released from factory with steel wheel's on the front (no rims or tires). If this is what you've got, as GP says they are worth some money. If you chose to not use them yourself, you should be able to easily sell them and buy rubber tired wheel's with some money left over. If they ARE a rubber tired wheel, it clearly sounds like some of it is gone. You should be able to get a complete set of front wheels (dust caps and everything) from just about any salvage yard that has F-20's. You might have to put new tires, seals and bearings on when you add them to the tractor. Just remember that alot of those steel wheel's were cut down, and a rim welded on to the center hub. You can ussually spot this by looking at the welds when this has been done. Another possibility is, I am wondering if your wheels were steel from factory, cut down, and a split rim welded to the hub and you are missing the rubber tires and the outer rings for the split rim. A picture would be nice, but hopefully you can take a second look at it and figure it out.
