IHC diesel

Cousin has a UD6 power unit and gen set. He wants to sell it but he's a Minne Mo guy and does not have a clue what it's worth. Engine runs good and has all good IHC sheet metal and guages. Gen status unknown. This is the engine used in the MD and TD6 crawler. Located in Marysville ,Wa. Could some one give a good starting point? Thanks
