Your description is similar to the one that came with my F12, except mine has a different number cast into the gearbox: M2471. I found that Central Tractor still sells pitman arms that fit it. I mounted it and made it run a bit. Kinda tries to shake the tractor apart. I didn't sharpen the knives, so didn't try to mow with it. I continually am surprised with this hobby, but I would doubt that the value of this mower would justify shipping costs to a prospective buyer.
