An excellent suggestion Gary. I keep hearing how people get gasket sets and so on from their local NAPA dealers. There are several stores in our area and without exception they seem to be staffed by people who barely know who they are. It's a wonder they find their way home at night. I know when shopping for auto parts at other dealers it is essential to bring in the old part and in many cases to request to see the books and in some cases ask to look at their behind the counter stock. I have pretty much given up on NAPA except as an absolute last resort.
