As far as getting it onto a trailer,the engine being stuck would not be a problem if you have a good winch. Even a hand crank winch will do, you might want to lay some planks down on the ramps for those steel wheels.
If the wheels are stuck, or otherwise won't turn, it's a little bit more of a problem, but nothing is impossible. The tractor appears to be a very good candidate for resoration, it is definetly worth some effort and maybe even hiring a winch truck or similar to help load it.
