Mine came off easily enough after removing the 4 bolts and 2 bolt
retainers. Then I just pulled it away from the engine, being careful to
not drop it as it is quite heavy. If yours is stuck because of rust then
you might have to use a couple of flat pry bars or use some longer
bolts as mentioned to use as pullers.
