power steering farmall 560

Hi,

We have an Farmall 560 diesel, and we have problems with the power steering when you drive on the highway, not even on topspeed, you must hold the steeringwheel firmly with your both hands and it still it will nock out off your hands.
When i take the two frontwheels, with the engine running, i can move them in left and right direction.
When the engine is idling the powersteering hardly helps.
What can we do to solve this, any help will be appriciated.
