belt pulley lever

My 1947 Farmall M has a lever mounted on the left side of the steering post just under the light bar which engages the belt pulley. The design is similar to the M&W Gear Company PTO lever which is also on the tractor. Does anyone know who made this. I've been around a lot of H's and M's and have never seen another. It was useful when my dad had a #24 2-row picker mounted on the tractor. The #24 was driven by a chain and sprocket bolted where the belt pulley usually mounted. Any help?
