Jeff: Colder temps ahead for most so it sounds like a good time for you to get an IT manual from this website and go over the whole electrical system completely.. Do it up right and complete and you will enjoy the great starting quality of that tractor (even with 6volts)..Often when "just one" item is worn out many other things are poor also.. Lok for coroded connections first..good luck in repairing the whole system.. harvey
