Farmall M Serial numbers

My 52 M has disk brakes and a curved shifter, the mechanic in town said it is 2or3 tractors away from being a Super M. I looked up the serial numbers and the one on the clutch housing and the one on the engine are different. The clutch housing # is FBK 296472 x1 1952
engine # is FBKM 283474 x1 1951 So i was wondering if my tractor was built december-january of 51-52 or someone blew the engine and put a 51 engine in it. Also i was wondering if their is such thing as an SMDTA
Super M Diesel Torque Amplifier, I saw it in the ag dealer paper.
