Have you set the gap on the points correctly .013 to .020 will work. I think its .013 though. Did you check your condensor?If you measure it with an ohm meter it should move the meter a little bit while it charges and the will go back to an infinate reading.If you read nothing or a resistance constantly its bad.ALSO check points for pitting or corrosion.If none of that works it could be the coil in the mag itself.
