The disk are a gear face disk. You canot get them relined.
I had looked for a spare set for my H hand disk but had no luck.
Might try these guys though. They might have them in your size.

You might also call M&W they can give you the specs on the disks.

I talked to him last year and they had One set for the M, but where not going to gat any more.
