i too have an F12....with the repaired block.....water jacket on the left side.as usual....i used good old JB WELD....works fine.
the manifold is available from rice equipment...
brand new....looks great..not rusted out like the junkyard ones. as far as getting her unstuck:try a mixture of oil and brake fluid in the cylinders...does the trick. parts are available like they say...and pretty cheap.
