Farmall 200 Changing Fan and Generator Belts

I have to ask. Is there an easy way to put a new generator drive belt or fan belt on the Farmall 200? It looks like I either have to take apart some hard-to-get-at mount for both belts or practically dismantle the whole radiator and hoses to get those things off. I thought these things were supposed to be easy to fix in the field. Taking apart the mount looks like it would be easier, but not THAT easy, since it holds pullys for both belts and the cooling fan and I am not sure how to loosen the cooling fan belt tension. What is the easiest way and will I need any special tools?
