You have oil cooler lines going to the front so make sure you pulled the right lines but if you have oil flow the steering punp is the one that pumps oil to cooler. I did not think of this last night but you would not have 2 pumps on that tractor if you did not have hydraulic hitch so if you have remote hydraulics with the hitch moving I would think pump working. You might try steering as you hold one remote valve. Did you jack up front end to see if you can trun the steering by hand or are the wheels tight and will not turn then the front end would need looked at.
