Ten years ago I could not steer my 574. We changed filters, rebuilt the the cylinder and no luck. Then we found out that a relief valve in the rear end of the tractor was worked lose and allowing too much bypass. After tightening it, the steering was again as good as it ever was. Just to say, the system is more complex than it seems. So you start with the obvious and sooner or later discover the problem. It is probably something simple or a rig job from the last guy.
