Clete: I have a Farmall 130, it is close to 10 years since I had it apart, so I am a bit rusty on this. My tractor has section hose about 1" long and right size to fit inside either rad hose or tube where thermostat goes. I do remember it being associated with holding thermostat in place. Does this make sence to you? Just wondered if such a hose would take up slack you speak of?
