I don't know, but a clutch doesn't die all at once. If you have been having problems, I suppose it could have finally given up. Otherwise, the clutch release shaft (the thing that attaches to the clutch rod outside the tractor) could be turning inside the clutch release fork--it is keyed, however. Or, I suppose the release fork or the release sleeve could have broken, I have never heard of that. Whether or not it is actually the clutch, there should be resistance when you push it in. I have had all this apart on my Super H, no belly pump. On yours I think you have to remove the belly pump to see anything.
