Can someone from Iowa jump in here? I have been through your part of Nebraska several times, and with the exception of the sand hills, you don't have any hills. We have hills here in southwest Iowa. If your "new" H will not pull itself up a hill in Nebraska in 4th gear, that H has some problems, sounds like maybe the ignition timing is retarded. A good running H should just run up a hill in 4th gear, even with a loader on it.
