I bought one in worse condition than that(no radiator, sheet metal, gas tank, tires, cylinder head, governor, manifolds, frame twisted) for $125, took what I wanted (Powerlift, rear wheels, some brake parts) and parted the rest out. At the moment, I have the frame and transmission left, and I'm even, financially. I shipped the block UPS for $45, can't rememeber where, but I remember being pleasantly surprised at the cost. Good, uncracked F12/14 blocks are hard to find in the Northeast. I'd go for it, but that's just my opinion.
