H's did have disk brakes as an option (not many were so equipped), and the last couple of thousand had the Super H disk brakes. If the grille is original it will have an IH emblem rather than Farmall on it, if it is missing the IH emblem is held on by one screw, the Farmall emblem is held on by 2 screws. The Super H had a larger carburator, visually the choke rod attached to the inside of the carb next to the block on the Super H, to the outside on the H. If the serial tag is still there it will say SH for the Super H, FBH for the H. The Super H engine will say C 164 on the right side of the block. Engine serial (under the #1 spark plug) will have a prefix of FBHM for the H, Super H will say C164.
