i just got a 460 ute about a year ago and as for the t/a i was told mine was out and for what i use it for just moving snow and pulling my 6ft rotary mower i don't need the t/a and unless your gonna be pulling something big i wouldn't worry about the t/a and as for 4th gear thats the one gear i don't use . my main gears are 1st 2nd 3rd mowing and 5th down the road, think right when i got it i tried all the gears and they worked fine but just don't use 4th and if it's just gonna be an acrage tractor like mine you probably won't use it either.and as for the throttle get a manual it shows how to set the linkage.i love mine runs smooth lots of power and its short and fits in my garage.do you have the 2 or 3 pt on the back?and do you have a loader for it?
