Chad, I can't answer any of your technical questions, from reading some of your other posts, I think it is safe to assume that you already know more of the technical stuff than I will ever hope to know, and reading between the lines I believe you are also an accomplished machinist. I have seen Ms with small block chevys, so many in fact it is starting to become boring, I saw one M with a detroit 2 cylinder diesel, it sounded way to much like a B J.D.
I kind of like the idea of a 460 engine in an H, it would, at least, be all I.H. Rather than lengthening the tractor, would it be possible to shove the radiator ahead a bit, and maybe use an electric cooling fan in front of the radiator? Keep us posted, I have never even attempted such a thing.
