when I was a kid dad had a 450 gas converted it to LPG and nearly wore it out. Then he converted it back to gas. It never ran worth a darn. It was in the late 60's when he did it and parts were available but the side hoods were patched at the local sheet metal shop and he just looked at the center hole and the steering shaft as the dealer wanted $70 for a new one. That was a great running tractor on LP Gas but on Gasoline the second time around it never ran good.He changed the carbuetor governer and lots of things but no success on having it run like the first time on Gasoline. He finaly traded it off for a 806 and used the 560 in the place of the 450.
