The following is all hearsay as I have not restarted my tractor yet. Unless you have 4.2:1 compression, don't forget about the cam. Regrinding a stock cam to Super H specs (they say. i.e. .240 lift) only costs a little over $150, and that includes refacing the lifters. The guys at the cam shop said that the biggest improvement is in torque. It won't die down as fast. I'll let you know how it works out next summer. What are you raising ?
