I've seen several different 3 pt. conversions on different tractors but was most impressed by the Saginaw unit on my neighbor's 450. That sucker's hell for stout! He bought the second cylinder with two way and it looks like it could lift anything. He says a 1200 lb. round bale doesen't even strain it. Besides Saginaw, there's a couple of others which I can't recall at the moment. Shop around, somebody out there has what you want/need. - Phil
