Our prayers are with you and the family. I lost my first wife to a heart attack just over 10 years ago, so I know some of what you're going thru...mercifully, I only had to go thru a few hours of wondering what the outcome would be. Just have faith that God has a master plan for all of us, and the only things that happen are those he allows to be. His wisdom in these things far surpasses our own. All I can advise is to take comfort in the good times you shared, and it's important for all the family to be there for each other. At times like this, different folks will have different needs...just pray that God will show you what to do for each other. May God bless and comfort all of you.
